You’ve been having the same recurring dream for years now. You’re wandering through a forest on a beautiful, sunny day and you suddenly find yourself at the edge of a cliff. You inch closer and closer to the edge, peering down just enough to see a huge drop to the ground below. It’ll be the most extreme flight of your life as you head up to the edge of a cliff and “take off” with a qualified X Fly pilot or instructor at the helm. You’ll sit in a chair harness strapped in 5 to 6 metres below an inflatable wing while you experience speeds of 30 to 50 kph. The “pendulum effect” means you might even experience speeds over 100 kph as well as multiple G forces in the course of your flight. If you’re concerned about safety, you needn’t be during your paragliding flight with X Fly since a paraglider experiences natural stability by having its weight carried under the wing.
