If your deal expires before you’ve had a chance to use it, then we’re really sorry, but there isn’t much we can do. Also, please read the Fine Print of the deal as it may supercede our Refund Policy in case of event-related deals or product deals.
Specifically for event deals, buying tickets in advance ensures that you will get tickets that are discounted at the time you purchase them, but please be aware that Buytopia does not control the pricing or inventory management decisions of the venues and producers.
We also reserve the right to look into any suspicious returns. So if you are constantly returning your vouchers, we’ll look into it and if we think you are abusing our policies, we might not offer additional refunds and might block you from making any additional purchases on the site.
